Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration issued the document Guozhifayunzi [2025] No. 20, commending patent owners, inventors (designers) and related organizers who have made significant contributions to the implementation of innovation and the promotion of economic and social development.

The National Intellectual Property Administration and the World Intellectual Property Organization decided to award the China Patent Gold Award for 30 inventions and utility model patents such as "Methods and devices for preparing high-voltage LDMOS devices" and the China Design Gold Award for 10 design patents such as "Automobile".

The National Intellectual Property Administration decided to award the China Patent Silver Award for 60 inventions and utility model patents such as "Body Acoustic Wave Resonator" and the China Design Silver Award for 15 design patents such as "Tower Fan".

The National Intellectual Property Administration decided to award the China Patent Excellence Award for 607 inventions and utility model patents such as "A floating photovoltaic cell module" and the China Design Excellence Award for 47 design patents such as "3D scanner".

The National Intellectual Property Administration decided to award the China Patent Award Best Organization Award to 8 units including the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office, the China Patent Award Outstanding Organization Award to 19 units including the Shanghai Intellectual Property Office, and the China Patent Award Best Recommendation Award to 12 academicians including Yu Jihong.
